Our customer is a Big Player in logistics.

We are looking for a:

**Posizione:**:**Reporting directly to Transport Manager, you will supervise the Finished Goods Distribution process road & ocean coordinating with the Compound operations.

**Your responsibility**:

- Supervise carrier activity for the deliveries to Europe originating from the compounds of responsibility;

- Coordinate transport and forwarding activities from European body-builders to MEA destination;

- Support end of month activity;

- Organize the spot movements of responsibility;

- Coordinate special events transport (fairs, training events, );

- Accountability for carrier and market KPIs on the flows managed;

- Support to compound operations (systems, carrier capacity, );

- Approve transportation invoices when needed;

- Customer services support to Sale Support Administration;

**Requisiti:**:**Your profile**:

- Previous functional experience (min.

1 year);

- Technical skills/knowledge;

- Key business experiences:

- (i. e. , turnarounds, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing;

- Good knowledge in MS-ExcelAccess or similar tools for Data Base management;

- Office automation;

- Other IT skills are a plus (eg.

AS400, SAP);

- Very good in business process analysis;

- Basic logistic and supply chain knowledge;

- Precision and accuracy in the execution of transport requests;

- Ability to work autonomously and within strict deadlines/stress;

- Ability to communicate and relate accurately with other organization department;

- Good analytical and problem solving skills required, ability to anticipate and prevent risk;
