About the Job:

As a Transportation Manager you will be responsible for the daily shipments according to the customer service needs.

You will be the direct contact with the transportation suppliers to ensure that the goods will be delivered on time.

Key responsibilities:

- Booking shipments

- Deal with shipments from Tivoli plant (also on TMS) for T&I and production

- Documentary practice arrival in TWS Italy.

- Out bounding customs practice

- Input & Output documents MMP

- Maintenance of TMS

- CRM Tivoli travels

- Creation of new templates

- Check & valorization of TMS worldwide

- Progress naval shipments Tivoli

- Pre invoices of transportation costs

- Basware approval (first level)

- Support the local checking of inbound and outbound costs into the global Transport Management System.

- Monitoring reports to control all logistic costs.

- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators for local forwarders.

- Maintain all valid transportation contracts and check monthly invoices.

Key requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Advanced use of MS Office

- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

- Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team and problem solving will complete the ideal profile
