We are seeking a dedicated Portfolio Specialist to join our team within the CFO department, specifically in the travel & financial portfolio area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all configuration and management activities throughout the lifecycle of insurance contract.

This role involves working with Business Partners to implement strategies that optimize performance and revenue at the portfolio level.

It requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a strong lifecycle management program for customers, ensuring the achievement of business goals.

What will you be responsible for?

Handle pre-sales activities such as configuration in the portfolio system and the definition and management of data flows to and from clients/intermediaries.

Manage post-sales activities including issuance, renewals, premium adjustments, modifications, cancellations, premium refunds, and portfolio migrations.

Ensure strong governance and work with cross-functional teams for effective program delivery and customer service.

Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
