Travel Agent - Customer Care Specialist
Responsibilities**:
- Interaction with clients to provide them with information.
- Design of suitable travel packages according to clients' needs.
- Quotation of custom services.
- Negotiation for the final sale.
- Organization of the trip, including booking of multiple services and interaction with our supplier partners.
- Customer assistance during the trip.
- Follow up with clients after the trip and feedback management.
The goal is to ensure that the whole customer care management process is carried out properly and on time, leveraging the sales opportunities of each clients' request.
**Education requirements
- Master of art in Foreign Languages, Tourism, Hospitality, Business administration or relevant fields.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language is mandatory, both oral and written (C1/C2).
Knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
- Interest in travel & tourism field and customer care activity.
Previous related experience will be considered a plus.

- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with domestic travel destinations.
- Personal travel experience is considered an advantage: travel enthusiasts are welcome here!
