Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually.
As a new member of our team, you will work from the office for a few months until certain performance standards are met.
During this time, your learning will be enriched by meeting other colleagues and leaders and having the opportunity to sit side-by-side and learn from your peers.
There may also be occasions during this time where you have the opportunity to work some days from home.

You will help customers not only to see the world, but also to fully experience it.
This position provides TLS customer servicing for both offline and online travel services and lifestyle services.
A good knowledge of airline, ferry and rail tickets sales, tour operator, destination knowledge, hotel and car bookings is a preferential skill.
Our consultants use their passion for travel and lifestyle to exceed customer expectations by constantly striving to create unforgettable trips and experiences for our Card Members, being a brand ambassadors and inspiring long-term relationships and loyalty along the way.
They provide the best assistance to all American Express Card Members who ask support for a new potential travel online booking on the Amex website ensuring the best digital journey, aiming at the booking fulfilment and sales conversion and handling all the requests related to the post booking.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written & spoken Italian and English (Spanish would be a plus)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of world geography and travel destinations, including the interests and the activities associated with these destinations
- Travel agent experience & consultative background with leisure experience (knowledge of hotels, restaurants, fashion trends etc. )
is an advantage
- Good technical skills are essential as you will be using multiple tools and systems on a daily basis.
- Minimum knowledge of a GDS (i. e.
: Sabre or Amadeus or Galileo) is preferred
- High level of integrity to work with and treat customer data sensitively
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a team-based, parameter-driven environment with a healthy desire to meet and exceed goals
- Flexibility to work on Rotating Night Shifts: Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays
**Work location**: Fully Virtual (from Spain) or Hybrid (our office are based in Madrid)
