Workforce Management Internship

AMEX is seeking Interns for the Workforce Management team within the Travel & Lifestyle business unit in our Rome office.

This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide the intern with an excellent, hands-on introduction to a thriving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

**Key Projects

Within the Platinum and Centurion Division of Travel & Lifestyle Services, the intern will provide support in the day-to-day management of Workforce Management dynamics through several activities

The intern will gain experience in the following areas:

- Support the WFM team in Real Time management tool (inbound flow monitor, check on staffing adherence, alert in case of KPI out of target)

- Support in optimization of available resources and traffic inbound (quality review for existing schedule, break optimization, shrinkage schedule)

- Maintenance and update of WFM database

- Support in data analysis

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient with Excel

- Fluent in English
