CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati, the international design studio founded by MIT professor Carlo Ratti, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Travel Manager to join our team in Turin. The position provides a unique opportunity for growth and development within a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

As our new Travel Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Booking and managing train and flight reservations for employees and partners Arranging accommodations for business travel Building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies while seeking new partnerships Managing corporate travel portfolios Handling travel budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness Planning and organizing all travel necessities (phone plans, visas, etc. ) Generating travel expense reports Organizing and overseeing the founder's travel calendar Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities Flexibility and adeptness in managing unforeseen circumstances Excellent proficiency in English; proficiency in a third language is preferred Outstanding interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Working Hours: 09. 30am – 6. 30pm, Full Time
