Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Telemetry 4SE Length: 13 Weeks Requirements: KY or Compact license required 2 years overall experience required Travel experience required (1 year) BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EPIC Experience Required Other Details: Locals are accepted (radius: 75 miles) START DATE: 1/31 (remote) with first in-person day on 2/3 Nurses are required to work every 3rd weekend COVID (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) and Flu required Tattoos/piercings – no nose rings or gauged earrings Nails – should be less than 1/4? in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable Cafeteria – no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site Parking – free in any unrestricted space Scrubs/Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos on them.
