We are looking for a Travel Officer (m/f/d) wtith Fixed Term contract, to start as soon as possible. Job RequirementsDuties & Responsablities Arrange travel and accommodation for employees according with the Local and Global procedure. Ensures that travel requests are approved in accordance with the Local and Global guideline. Serves as point of contact for travel-related issues; assist employees with travel-related issues. Research, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels and implement new services (eg, Egencia)Review and ensure all contracts for appearances include necessary specifications. Organises and books trips in agreement with sports federations for the events linked to the Infront's properties. Works closely with accounting to ensure the accuracy of travel costs and paymentsSkillsJunior role < 3 years in a similar functionInternally and externally responsive and sensitive behaviorDevelops strong relationshipsRole with supportive or predominantly executive characterLanguagesItalianEnglish advancedAnother language is a plusAre you ready to contribute to transforming and enhancing every aspect of the sports industry?
