**Role description**:

This is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work on certain days.

**Responsibilities: w**orking closely with travel designers, the Operations Manager will oversee suppliers coordination and post-sale operations, including:

- Booking and reconfirming suppliers

- Preparing detailed itineraries

- Providing customer assistance

**Required skills**:

- Strong written and spoken English skills (B2 level)

- Excellent organizational abilities

- Precision and attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under stress and multitask

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Collaborative and proactive team player, motivated and adaptable in a dynamic work environment

- Client-focused mindset

- Dedication and determination

- Previous experience in the tourism or events sector is a plus
