Role description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

The candidate should be able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and have a passion for travel and local culture.

Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Candidates should be curious, proactive and eager to grow and evolve alongside the company.

Previous experience in travel or event management is highly valued.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work on certain days.

Responsibilities: working closely with travel designers, the Operations Manager will oversee suppliers coordination and post-sale operations, including:

Booking and reconfirming suppliers Preparing detailed itineraries Providing customer assistance Required skills: Strong written and spoken English skills (B2 level) Excellent organizational abilities Precision and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under stress and multitask Excellent interpersonal skills Collaborative and proactive team player, motivated and adaptable in a dynamic work environment Client-focused mindset Dedication and determination Previous experience in the tourism or events sector is a plus Benefits: Hybrid work environment (in-office and remote) Flexible working hours Family-friendly workplace Office location: Genoa
