About the Role The Travel Security Operations Specialist will play a critical role in improving the overall efficiency of the Travel Security & Intelligence team by supervising projects and highlighting alternative approaches to enhance more dynamic & effective security processes.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Travel Security Coordinator.

Specifically, the Travel Security Operations Specialist will:

Play a cross-functional role and coordinate projects to implement analysis and risk management platforms, interfacing with various organizational stakeholders. Support the technological advancement of security processes within the Travel Security Team and create an incident management system for reporting and responding. Support the Travel Security Team in the management and optimization of the already existing GTM & Intelligence platforms. What You Need to Be Successful We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible individual, who has a sheer interest in ICT topics and adequate technical expertise both in terms of Security Best Practices and contingent geo-political dynamics.

We would like to meet candidates with:

University degree At least 3 years of relevant working experience Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and proven knowledge of Security & intelligence risk management platforms Outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Professional knowledge of the English language is mandatory. Remarkable attention to detail and ability to work in a precise and accurate manner.
