**JOB PURPOSE

The role involves the constant monitoring of the accounts of European subsidiaries for the purpose of timely management of payment and collection processes and their related accounting.

**RESPONSABILITIES

- Ensure the management of payments to suppliers and of taxes, respecting the deadlines and Group procedures

- Guarantee the recording of the proceeds and monitor the respect of the due dates

- Ensure proper management of cash pooling and intercompany netting

- Assure the daily booking of banks, cash, and credit cards

- Provide and reconcile advances to employees and suppliers

- Prepare actual cash flow reports for the Group

- Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and posting of accruals forcommissions and interest

- Collaborate in the constant monitoring of cash flows to ensure the availability of necessary financial resources for the managed companies

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Degree in economics or diploma in accounting

- 3/5 years of experience in similar roles

- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

- Preferable knowledge of a second European language

- Familiarity with major office automation packages (Excel, Word)

- Knowledge of SAP ERP

- Preferable experience in luxury industry companies

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Teamwork orientation
