Treasury Officer
About Worldline**The Treasury Officer will have the responsibility of the following tasks:
- Cash management: Management of daily cash flows including cash positioning and periodic reporting, supporting cash extraction processes
- Bank and intercompany reconciliation
- Ensure communication and relation with our customer support/Operations team in relation with card business
- Bank relationship; liaise with banks to resolve any operational issues, monitoring and improving banking fees and conditions
- Managing the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts and signature levels
- Be responsible for operational banking arrangements and facilities including overdrafts, guarantee lines, loan contracts, etc.
- Hedging: Monitoring and settling FX trades
- Reporting and analysis: maintain and improve regular Treasury reporting
- Controls: maintain and improve the Treasury control framework and processes
- Policy and procedures: document processes and procedures
- Administrative tasks (e. g.
: bank account opening, loan contracts, signatory power updates )
- Support of the local business: acquiring processes and payment operations
- Ad hoc projects: participate in or lead projects (finance, business, integration projects, etc.
)
**Competencies**:
- Technical skills: Minimum 6 years' Experience in corporate finance / treasury environment, Knowledge of cards payment industry and international payments would be an advantage
- Personal skills: Quick learner, flexible, open minded, can work independently and stay focus, good at handling pressure, communication skills, team player
- Language: Mandatory Fluent in English and Italian (in writing and orally)
- IT skills: very good knowledge of excel (pivot table), Word, Power Point, SAP
- Strong Risk awareness: knowledge/experience of financial and operation risk
