Into the finance division, (composed of 68 teammates and 8 teams) the Italian Treasury Team is looking for a new teammate to join our project.

You will be part of a team with several enthusiastic teammates, combining business partners, accounting, tax, legal and financial organizations roles.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

You will join the Treasury Team and you will be actor in the growth of the business according the responsibilities of your role:

- Minimizing financial risk coming from new projects and guarantee a secure flown architecture and accurate financial records.

- Analyzing and performing appropriate funding activities (loans, deposits, cash pooling/sweeping, etc. )

- Managing cash and liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting

- Guarantee the security & compliance of the treasury processes allowing timely audits according to the risks identified with the collaboration of the internal control.

- Push the efficiency: To work on Lean, efficiency and automation. To identify and understand local needs, analyze and challenge the existing, improve and find a new way of doing things.

- Functional management: both with the local and united team.

- To share best practices and cooperate with an international network and other local services and activities.

- Managing banking relationships

- Understanding of the treasury principles and affinity for the finance domain.

- Ability to cooperate: you have recognized and horizontal leadership and you have already practiced functional management

- Proactive and focused on actions and challenges in order to pursue goals: improvement is a must for you

- Responsible and autonomous team player, able to take decisions

- Ability to communicate directly and smartly (good interpersonal skills)
