As Treatments Quality Manufacturing Engineer you will report directly to the Quality Manager of the Plant and will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities:Define Process & Product Control Plans of Plating and Painting AreasCarry out periodical Process Quality AuditMonitor, share and analyse quality KPI's of Treatments areasPropose and contribute executing quality improvement plansTechnically lead specific quality projects (with eventual staffed teams)Integrate new products NPI approving treatments processes and technical feasibilityApprove from quality side new processes industrializationPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have a Degree in EngineeringYou have at least 1 year of experience in a complex environment as Quality EngineerBe able to read and visualize technical drawingsGood knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …)Good Knowledge of MS OfficeBasics of StatisticsYou have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too!People ManagementYou do not see problems, you just see solutions - and you are great at solving problems!You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant changeYou have strong facilitation and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
