Based in the West Midlands close to Birmingham. Your responsibilities will include:Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via telephone, email, live chat, and social media. Demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely. Ensuring all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner (inbound and outbound calls). Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the system and products to provide guidance and advice on the products and services. About you:To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in German, French, and English, written and spoken.
