We are a wellness community that offers a weekly program to our special guests many who return annually.

We are expanding and looking for the right individuals to join our team.

The position will reside in Italy.

You will train in Malibu, California with our team.

The job includes hiking, hospitality, listening, and working well with others.

Must have EU passport and be willing to travel for training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a group of guests each week

- Work with a team of specialists to meet guests needs

- Focus on health, wellness, and connecting with nature

- Ability to hike, deliver exceptional service, and work as a team

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to complete strenuous hikes

- Fluent in English

- Willing to travel to Malibu, CA for training

- Hold an EU passport
