Full time (40 hours per week).

This role is based in **Milan**.

Join TUI Musement as a TXC Senior Support Advisor and help to support memorable experiences for our final and 3rd party guests.

You will be the bridge between our customers and internal departments, serve them in different languages and through multiple channels, give support to first level Support Advisors.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- Manual ticket purchase, admin and back office activities;

- Respect SLAs and KPIs;

- Support the first level support advisors;

- Mass issues/complaints handling;

- Technical issues reporting;

- Serve customers through multichannel assistance, tools and projects;

- The work is organized in shifts and include weekends and bank holidays.

**ABOUT YOU

- You speak fluently English and a second language;

- Good communication skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback;

- Proactiveness to identify issues and ownership to solve them with a solution-oriented approach;

- Willingness to work on individual weakness and strengths to overcome/reinforce them and a strong learning mindset;

- Supportive within the team;

- Can assess the impact of their actions on the team and on the business;

- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment where change is part of the daily work;

- Structured and detail-oriented.
