Partner with the best In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the Manufacturing activities in compliance with the Manufacturing routing, HSE, and Quality.



As a Shop/Plant Turning Operator, you will be responsible for:

Executing machining activities related to Baker Hughes products, particularly regarding horizontal turning activities Checking the final quality of the activities as indicated by the Manufacturing routing by filling the inspection plan Housekeeping of the workstation and vouchering worked hours applicable to the Manufacturing activity assigned Participating in continuous improvement through project proposals Following the shop floor policy related to the working shift, lunch break, and Personal Protective Equipment use.

Be a good team player and a proactive self-starter that is accountable and exhibits ownership Demonstrate experience as a machining turning operator Be able to interpret technical drawings Show ability in interpreting technical documents and procedures Have experience with manual and numerical controlled machines Be able to report safety, quality, and routing issues to the supervisor Be fluent in Italian (written and spoken) Hold an EU work permit Be flexible with working patterns and shift rotations, including nights Desired Characteristics Hold a High School degree in technical matters + 5 years of experience in turning activities Show knowledge of NDE processes Display knowledge in machining tool kits and Baker Hughes products Be proactive in helping teams and supervisors Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
