For our site** in Luxembourg, **we are looking for **Typar (®) Southern Europe **Sales and Accounts Manager (M/F/d).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop sustainable relationships with strategic value-added resellers, distribution partners, retail partners and end users
- Sell a quality product and service at good profitability in a very competitive market environment
- Develop plans to support growth in existing and new industry segments
- Be on top of sales performance and maintain updated demand outlook and forecast
- Initiate tests and developments in cooperation with customers and end users
- Cooperate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Service, Customer Service, Sales Support
- Acquire market acumen to provide intel and market overview to the business and peers
- Participate at trade-shows to promote existing portfolio and identify new market trends and development areas
- Support the pricing process and price strategies by account, segment and territories
- Document customer and market intel concisely
- Network building through classic and digital means
- Collect information to support the planning, order handling and logistics functions
- Operate digital tools such as SFDC, SAP-BW and other databases to efficiently overview and track relevant information
**Qualifications
- BA in Business Administration, BA in Construction, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and language proficiency in English and Spanish or Italian.
Additional languages like French or German will be an asset.
- Being at ease when dealing with people.
Showing strong talent to listen carefully, to negotiate and to influence.
Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.
- Excellence in being self-driven and organized.
- Team Player capabilities within an international and diverse team.
- Able to cope with a very competitive environment and the international nature of the business and customer base
- Clean Drivers Licence and no constraints to travel by any type of means.
