Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Junior local IT Technician to join the Italian Ubisoft family.
The Junior Local IT Technician will report directly to the IT Manager and will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote support on the hardware and software of Ubisoft employees. Responsabilities:
University degree in Information Technology or equivalentExperience in tech support or equivalent experience in a IT support roleExpertise in PC and laptop supportExcellent knowledge ofMicrosoft operating systems and the Office suiteGood knowledge of printersGood knowledge in Mobile supportGood knowledge of networking and cabling (Cisco experience is a plus)Good knowledge of SCCM and Active DirectoryStrong English skills (spoken and written)As a plus:
