On behalf of our Client, a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Junior Tender Specialist to lead accelerated, broad market and patient access for the Company's key brands.

The successful candidate will support the company tender in participating in public and private tender procedures of interest to the company in compliance with Italian law, with Italian documentation and with the policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Identification of public tender procedures and private offers of interest to Incyte using regional portals (e. g. , SINTEL, SAT-ER, SO. RE. SA, etc. )

and CONSIP. Support in the preparation of administrative, technical, and economic documentation for tenders. Support in updating the tender archive. Support to customer service activities. REQUIREMENTS: Law or Economic Degree or equivalent professional qualification. 6 months in tendering process preferred. Passionate team player focusing on solutions and outcomes. Very strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset. Creativity and openness to new ideas as well as an affinity for analytical thinking. Solution-oriented and task-driven. Very good spoken and written English. Very good knowledge of MS Office. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent contract - Staff Leasing
