From our APIs interface to our developer console — there's no problem that we can't tackle at scale with intuitive, user-centric and beautiful design.
As UI designer in our commercial group, you'll be helping us and our customers build end-to-end product experiences.
You'll work with multiple teams from sales to product as well as a variety customers.
From researching different use cases, creating client presentations to building up UX/UI guides an clickable prototypes - you will focus on using best research and design practices, as well as being a champion for user-centric design.
In return, you will gain experience working across wide variety of projects including multiple use cases from different industries across increasing number of geographies.
You will also have the opportunity to align with other peers in the Design organisation and to gain familiarity with the latest tools, processes and technologies, as well using a brand new, cutting-edge Design System we've built in-house.
**As **a** UI Designer, you will**:
- Work closely with designers, integration-sales and CS managers as part of the Commercial organisation
- Create user flows, mock-ups and clickable prototypes
- Work closely with a UX researcher and present recommendations based on research and data
- Create decks, UX/UI guides, blog posts and other reusable design materials to support the products commercially
- Help clients to build delightful experiences and user flows
- Understand and share research findings to help align user needs with business goals
- Collaborate with other designers and advocate for design consistency and excellence
- Consume our Design System library and contribute to its evolution
**You'll need to demonstrate**:
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
- Experience with Design Systems
- You are a good communicator and enjoy working with customers
- The ability to take data and turn it into actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to efficiently report findings and turn insights into reusable best practices and guides
- Exposure to working in agile environments in a fast pace environment
- User-first attitude and ensure we consistently deliver a user-centric culture.
- Able to follow design processes to keep alignment with the overall design org.
**We'll be especially excited if you can show**:
- Experience with analytics, tracking and analysing data
- Experience with user research and usability testing methods
