StartupGym is working on its rebranding and is looking for someone to embark on an exciting project: creating a brand-new website from the ground up.

We need a Freelance UI Designer with a knack for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly designs.

This project is not just about looks; it's about creating an intuitive and engaging experience for our users.

**As a Freelance UI Designer you will**:

- Lead the visual and interactive design of our new website from conception to completion.

- Collaborate with our team to ensure the website effectively meets our strategic goals while providing a seamless user experience.

- Design a cohesive UI from scratch, ensuring it aligns with our brand and user expectations.

- Work closely with co-founders and tech team to create a balanced and thoughtful design.

- Craft detailed UI elements, from overarching layout to the minutest of interactive components.

- Uphold a high standard of design quality, with a keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.

- Navigate and excel in our complex project environment, bringing clarity and coherence to the design process.

- **Experience**:A track record/portfolio showing complex projects ran autonomously.

Your portfolio showcases a clear understanding of aesthetics and user-centered design.

- **Communication skills**:You have excellent communication skills, with a capacity to articulate design concepts clearly.

- **Project management**:Demonstrated ability to work effectively in dynamic, complex project environments.

- **Languages**: You are fluent in English.
