What you'll be doingTaking ownership of the end to end development of a new product with a dedicated team of 3-4 engineers

Iterating from an idea to the final solution, shaping, building, testing, and measuring the performance of the features our customers love

Looking for ways to improve the state of our tech. We run a single codebase for our web app (React) and mobile app (React Native)

Raising the bar of overall quality of our UI platform by working with a wider community of product designers & UI engineers within Mollie. We encourage you to contribute to our company-wide design system and other services and libraries

Our architecture Mollie's frontend landscape consists of multiple apps, each optimized for its specific purpose, such as our merchant dashboard, API documentation, and mobile apps. Our apps are generally written in TypeScript using React. Our backend system is primarily written in Java (Spring Boot), hosting them on Google Cloud. Many adjacent services are built in PHP and also run on Google Cloud. We prioritize performance, stability, and resilience, continuously enhancing our applications to handle the next phase of growth.

What you'll bring: A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing complex, appealing and responsive web applications

Experience with one of the modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular

Knowledge of language primitives. You should feel comfortable interacting with native APIs built into the browser

An eye for detail, text and layout composition
