Pixartprinting is currently seeking a talentedUI/UX Designerto join our dynamicWeb Designteam. If you are passionate about design, have a keen eye for detail, and are ready to contribute to innovative web projects, we would love to hear from you!You are the ideal candidate if you're ready to take on the following responsibilities:Be able to study and develop both low and high-quality wireframesYou will be in charge of developing amazing customer experiences, starting from the definition of the entire architecture of the user journey to the interaction at every touchpointYou will translate ideas in usable design solutionsYou will support the team on UX research processes, User Testing and A/B test proposals. REQUIREMENTS:ESSENTIALS:At least 3-4 years of experience. Advanced knowledge of UCD and Visual Design PrinciplesStrong knowledge of FigmaAble to produce a full set of deliverables as user flows, customer journey, wireframes, prototypes, etc. Supporting your ideas and proposals with strong processes and documentationsGood knowledge of UX fundamentalsExperience of design mobile 1 applications and websitesHand-on experience designing E-commerce websitesStrong portfolio with real case historiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and multilingual environmentAbility to work in a heterogeneous Agile-driven teamGood knowledge of English, both spoken and written (B2 Level required)PREFERRED:Experience on create and manage a Design SystemBasic Knowledge of UX writingKnowledge of Adobe SuiteKnowledge of A/B test platforms is a plusHTML/CSS basic knowledge is a plusWhy should you apply?
