JOB DESCRIPTION**:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team, challenging a role that projects the start of a clear and amusing communication with the player, thanks to a good oversight of art, implementation and design knowledge.

You will work in a cooperative, cross-disciplinary team environment, collaborating with people from all the fields, to implement and fine-tune game interfaces and systems with our proprietary and third-party engines.

A strong ability of problem-solving could bring you to the top players of the project composition process.

- Milan**DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **UX study** on the entire game, how the user incorporates infos;

- Production and revision on** game experience elements**;

- **UI study** as first interaction game-player;

- Content **mockup production **(wireframe+data logic) necessary for other department UI people;

- **Collaborate **with designers, artists, programmers and other teams to implement and fine-tune UI features;

- Tuning game parameters assigned to UI;

- Documentation production and managing, regarding UI mechanics, interactions logic, content, utilities for UX communication;

- Demonstrate high quality **design practices**.

This includes participation in all aspects of UI/UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.

- Building a **UX/UI style guide**.

Setting and maintaining UX/UI design standards.

- Follow UI implementation finding **good solutions** for every field;

- **Content revision** in game needed in UI part, verifying design requests coherence;

- Follow the existing development process and expose your ideas to improve them;

- Report the tasks' progress to** Team Lead**.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Good knowledge **of UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD;

- **Layout **and **page composition** knowledge;

- **Interaction logic **knowledge (user buttons, interactions, selection mechanics);

- 2D and 3D graphics **principles**;

- **Good problem solving**, conceptual and analytical skills;

- **Good organizational skills**, including the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;

- Good general knowledge of graphical trends and flows.

- Comfortable working within a **multidisciplinary **team;

- Open mind, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;

- Proficiency in English;

- You're passionate about games and creating games;

- Interest over the user's view of the game.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Having developed personal projects;

- Having worked with a small team on school projects;

- Knowledge of the Unreal Engine;

- Good cultural background on different game genres and titles;
