UI/UX Designer Restorative Neurotechnologies Srl, also known as RNT, is a dynamic start-up company growing throughout Italy and Europe.

RNT manufactures and commercializes a Class II Medical Device under MDR regulation for cognitive rehabilitation.

Your tasks will focus on the realization of customer satisfaction, because as a B2B customer centric business we believe that the success of solutions depends above all on the health and satisfaction of the activated customer network.

**Activities and Responsibilities

1

**User Research

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations

**Wireframing

- Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.

**Prototyping

- Develop interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma

4

**Visual Design

- Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility

**Collaboration

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on designs

**Usability Testing

- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement with collaboration of QARA department

**Iterative Design

- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and user testing results

8

**Design System Maintenance

- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

**Documentation

- Complete technical documentation about the work

**Requirements**:

**Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferredGeneral knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 13485);

General knowledge of Medical Device Regulation 2017/745;

Knowledge of IEC 62366 Medical devices Application of usability engineering to medical devices

Knowledge of ISO 14971 Medical devices — Application of risk management to medical devices

**Experience

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work

Proven experience on medical device field with knowledge about international standards on UI applied to medical device

**Technical skills

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, **Adobe XD (plus)**, **Figma (preferred)**, or similar tools.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**Communication

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Italian.

**User-Centric Approach

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time

Retribuzione: €1. 000, 00 - €2. 000, 00 al mese

Ore previste: 20 a settimana
