Key Responsibilities Plan, design and implement user studies, conduct user research, usability testing, and create user personas; Create high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing and easy to use; Partnering with product, engineering, and research to ensure design deliverables are well-aligned to high-level strategy; Facilitate product design from concepts and storyboards to mockups and prototypes; Ensure designs are implemented correctly by working closely with developers; Coach other designers and colleagues.
Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in the role; Gaming workflow or other highly complex product design experience; Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; Knowledge of UX best practices, design thinking, and user-centered design; Strong portfolio showing process and results; Planning and facilitating successful design workshops; Producing user journeys, wire flows and mockups; What We Offer Permanent Contract; Health Insurance; Access to E-Learning platform; A young, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment that promotes self-development and growth; #J-18808-Ljbffr
