Located on Mill Lane in Cardiff, Peppermint is part of the Creative Hospitality Group which currently has 6 venues across South Wales.

Peppermint is a stylish and fun cocktail bar, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings, a stunning gin garden and two DJs over two floors.

**The Role

Our aim is to develop leaders who are passionate and take pride in what they do.

The main responsibilities of the bar manager are to ensure smooth running of the bar in regards to all things people, product and place.

The Bar manager should ensure they lead by example by driving our consistent standards and demonstrating commitment to our purpose and vision.

**What We Expect From You

Fully competent at Senior Bartender role + including;

- Duty Management

- New Starter Training

- Propose & Organise Incentives

- Create Menu Matrix

- Stock Control (Invest, Order, Line check, etc)

- Ordering Consumables

- Manage Par Levels

- Checklist Upkeep

- Stocking Policy execution

- Audit the bar
