We are offering the opportunity to join our Italian Surety Team which is part of Surety EMEA as Surety Underwriter

Develop the Italian Surety portfolio, assist existing and potential clientsEvaluate the incoming surety business on underwriting and credit risk sideCredit Analysis – perform and support all activities connected to the assignment and maintenance of clients internal rating and limitsSupport Portfolio management on the Italian bookEntertain contacts with brokers and clientsAbout You 3+ years of experience on the Italian surety market, underwriting medium and large corporatesKnowledge of surety risks, different type of bonds, main terms and conditionsCredit analysis – ability to understand, review and evaluate financials and creditworthiness of clientsKnowledge of Corporates and brokers worldFluent Italian language (native) and good English proficiency are requiredHigh level of self-motivation and ability to work independently. Good negotiation and analytical skillsTeam player, open-mindedFor Italy, the base salary range for this position is between 44, 000 EUR and EUR 73, 000 for a full-time role.

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
