You will be fully involved in live transactions, as follows: Analysis of technical, market and legal due-diligence Analysis of cash flow models Industry analysis Presenting transactions for approval: Preparation of credit memoranda Presentation of memoranda to credit committee Review and execution of transaction documentation Review of transaction performance over time Analysis of industry trends Involvement in portfolio projects on a case-by-case basis About the Team Working with a diverse range of financial institutions, we deploy capital in Project and Infrastructure Finance transactions. The team was established c. 17 years ago and currently comprises 12 professionals.
