Analysis of technical, market and legal due-diligenceAnalysis of cash flow modelsIndustry analysisPresenting transactions for approval:Preparation of credit memorandaPresentation of memoranda to credit committeeReview and execution of transaction documentationReview of transaction performance over timeAnalysis of industry trendsInvolvement in portfolio projects on a case-by-case basisAbout the Team Working with a diverse range of financial institutions, we deploy capital in Project and Infrastructure Finance transactions. The team was established c. 17 years ago and currently comprises 12 professionals.
