How you will create an impactThe primary responsibilities of the position include all sales servicing aspects, including:Customer care: interacting with agents and sub-agents regarding the functionalities of AIG Advisors' platform, including serving as support to Sales Manager in tutorial/training activities for subagents. Sales support: serving as the first point of contact for the resolution of procedural conflicts or process clarifications, and monitoring and enhancing intermediaries' productivity. Underwriting support: acting as a facilitator in supporting the intermediaries as well as the underwriters in solving underwriting issues (i. e. , handling submissions that fall outside the platform's automation). Reporting: assisting in administrative tasks such as production reports and ad hoc reports. Acting as backup for activities performed by the OPERATION SALES support staff when required. What you'll need to succeedAt least 2-3 years of work experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an agency or broker company. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong administrative and communication skills. Client-oriented attitude. Good level of English and fluent in Italian.
