Sales & aftersales Support:Guiding customers through their purchases and resolving delivery or order-related questions. Technical assistance:Helping customers troubleshoot and get the best out of their products. Product information:Educating customers on features and usage of innovative, high-quality devices. State-of-the-Art resources:Providing exceptional customer service and gaining firsthand experience with the latest products. What we are looking for: Fluency in Dutch and English(both written and spoken). Customer service experience:Previous roles in customer support or similar fields.
