You are responsible to improve the performance together with your team with Safety, Quality, Deliver and Cost as the four priorities.

To enhancing customer satisfaction, you:

- Drive, motivate and support the team

- Secure the production performance in the daily working

- Secure Standardized work & SOP

- Participate in making the Operational plan

- Make costing update for the unit

- Support and initiate supplier development activities together with support functions

- Work with optimization and continuous improvements

- Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present

- Be involved in new product development and give input to EPD_ (_Existing Product Development)

- Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities in the unit, including Lean Six Sigma and 6S

- Perform audits according to ALPS model

- Ensure that Supply Chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained

- Qualifications & experience:_

Master of Engineering or equivalent experience

Leadership and management skills and experience

3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company

English language knowledge

Italian language fluent

Experience from improvement tools, e g 6S, Six Sigma, Kaizen

Project work experience

Authority level / Power of procuration:

Financial authority to execute within the Unit´s P3 costing update frame

Break down the Unit´s overall targets into targets for each TeaM/Function

Follow up targets and take corrective actions in case of deviations

To stop production within the Unit in case of safety / quality / environmental deviations

To make ALPS audits within the Unit and take corrective actions in case of deviations

To execute organizational changes in agreement with FM

To delegate tasks in the organisation

To set salaries within given frame
