Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork together with the Director of Nursing to:Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families. Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit. Attract and retain top-performing, talented team members. Supervise and coach existing team members within their assigned unit. Qualifications & RequirementsMust be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required). 1+ years of supervisory experience. Must have a stable work history, dedication, and commitment to lead our healthcare team. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships. Reliable transportation required.
