Job Title: University Application Services Junior Manager Location: Milan, in Person Employment Type: Full-Time Job About TutorYou   TutorYou is an IB (International Baccalaureate) and IGCSE Tutoring and University Consulting company , established in 2014, in which students play the main role.

TutorYou's philosophy is based on 'Students Helping Students' as we strongly believe in 'peer to peer' relationships and communication.

TutorYou started as a tutoring company for the International Baccalaureate, where recently graduated IB students tutor current students.

This model quickly gained popularity as we match each of our top graduate tutors with the most appropriate student to provide unique, tailored educational support for every client.

We currently have around 450 tutors, coming from top Universities around the world and we offer year-round tutoring as well as revision courses, the main three being our Spring, Summer and Fall Revision Courses.

We also work closely with Italian and International schools and in January 2017, we became a registered UCAS centre.

We currently work with around 120 universities, the majority being from the UK.

We promote the educational programmes of our Partner Institutions organising workshops as well as Mini University Fairs in Italian and International High Schools, which provide a great opportunity for students to meet both University representatives and our tutors.

The position   We are offering a full-time contract to a highly motivated and experienced candidate to oversee the onboarding and management of clients for university entrance and orientation educational services.

A strong understanding of International High school qualifications ( primarily IB ) and the International University Application requirements and pathways in particular UCAS and European University Applications are a must.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with our partner institutions, organising educational events and courses and maintaining a positive rapport with our International partner schools and universities.

The candidate is expected to be autonomous and have initiative, whilst being a team player in a flexible and dynamic working environment.

Requirements   - Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and GCSEs/IGCSEs .

Knowledge of university systems in various European countries - in particular UCAS - At least one prior experience in Education Administration - Relevant Bachelor degree (completed in the English language) - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (In particular, Excel - Excellent communication skills in English - Good working knowledge of Italian - Proficiency in using a CRM, preferably HubSpot - Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities - Organisation skills for medium to large scale events - Excellent time management skills Preferred Skills/Experience   - Knowledge University systems in Europe - IBDP - Flexibility of working hours   Location   This position will be based in Milan, Italy    Start Date   January 2025   How to Apply   Via LinkedIn or send your CV and cover letter to ******.
