University Internship – Human Resources Department

This internship is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-growing environment.
What you'll do:You'll be an integral part of our team, engaging in practical and exciting activities, including:Recruitment and selection: Assist in publishing job ads, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. Administrative management: Actively manage personnel documents, update HR databases, and monitor deadlines. HR projects and employer branding: Contribute to organizing company events and initiatives to enhance our employer brand. Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to create reports for the management team.
Who we're looking for:You are enrolled in a degree program in humanities, economics, or law (preferably with a focus on Human Resources). You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working in a team and building relationships. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You are eager to learn and tackle challenges with determination. You have a good command of English (emails and calls in English won't scare you!).
