Offer Description: The justice represents one of the cornerstones for the economic and social relaunch of the country, as demonstrated by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan which suggests establishing cooperation between all the players in the system.

To this end, a research project is proposed that combines the theoretical aspects of scientific investigation with its practical-applicative implications.

The research develops along the following lines: Identification of the most suitable negotiation tools to prevent conflict.

Offering effective protection of the interests of the parties already in the physiological phase of the relationship.

Implementation of extrajudicial conflict management tools.

Utilization of mediation procedures delegated by the judge, promoting the belief that the resolution of disputes can be entrusted to the self-determination of the parties in conflict.
