Job Description Summary**: This role combines operational, reporting and change management activities in a very dynamic environment.

The global upgrades financial cash analyst will be responsible for collecting and reporting billing and collection data for the business segment and for driving initiatives to implement standard solutions across regions and systems.

Prepare weekly consolidated pacing and dashboard reports.

Maintain key performance metrics updated and report out key functional drivers to Business Unit leaders in the monthly reviews.

Lead cross functional initiatives to standardize, improve and simplify process and tools.

Partner with project and commercial management teams to proactively identify opportunity areas to improve financial outcome and accuracy, for example in signed deals handover, project billing cycle set up, link between billing and revenue recognition.

Coordinate Margin Reviews quarterly cycle with regions in the upgrades portfolio management system and ensure controllership rules are applied.

Support audits.

Proactively contribute to ERP systems enhancements waves providing valuable insights to design, test and deliver phases
