Specific Responsibilities - Supervise customer service activities and post sales assistance.

- Supervise order-to-cash process.

- Engage proactively with sales and support functions as well as other internal and external organizations in order to secure that appropriate support is given to achieve customer satisfaction.

- Supervise service deviations management.

- Supervise the activities and flows with local logistic partner.

- Leand and supervise implementation of new automatic flows in SAP for streamlining activities as well as improve existing automations.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain team in defining forecasts and deman planning.

- Participate actively in budget process related to sales and demand.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop public and private market strategies.

- Coordinate Public Administration tender activities.

- Constantly monitor processes' and contribute to continuous improvement in the own area of responsibility and beyond.

Requirements and personal skills - Education: Degree in Economic and Pharmaceutical - Languages: English - Experience (years/area): +5 years of experience in similar positions in Pharma Industry (Public tender) - Specific Knowledge: Office, SAP, IHS - Personal skills: Accuracy, organizational skills, analytical abilities, curiosity, flexibility, availability, excellent communication skills.
