Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize UA campaigns across multiple ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, Applovin, Tiktok. . )Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency. Work closely with the Creative Lead and Creative Artists to ensure the best-performing ad creatives are utilized. Conduct A/B testing to refine bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting. Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new UA techniques in mobile gaming. Requirements:Proven experience in UA management for mobile gaming, ideally on top-grossing games. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Applovin, TikTok Ads, and other key networks. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with UA dashboards, cohort analysis, and attribution tools like Appsflyer and AmplitudeAbility to work with creative and product teams to maximize UA performance. Based in Milan.
