User Acquisition Strategist (Google Search Ads)

**About the position**:
As a **User Acquisition Strategist for Google Search Ads**, you will play a key role in defining and executing effective user acquisition and retargeting strategies across the Google Ads platform, keeping an eye on scaling the monthly budgets and yielding a satisfactory ROI.
You will always be on top of the latest innovations in the paid media industry and face many exciting challenges.

**What you'll do**:
- Create, manage, and scale user acquisition (Google Search) and retargeting campaigns on the Google Ads Platform
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics in line with the business goals
- Research, analyze, and test new keywords/setups on an ongoing basis
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Monitor market trends and identify the latest innovations
**The kind of people we're looking forward to joining our team are**:
- Experienced in building, maintaining & optimizing Google Ads Search campaigns at scale (min.
$50k/month) - minimum 1 year of experience and demonstrated record of success;
- Proficient users of web analytics (Google Analytics) and web tracking tools (Google Tag Manager / Optimizely/ Hotjar);
- Familiar with implementing SEO techniques;
- Knowledgeable in CRO and landing page optimization - preferred;
- Analytical and detail-oriented;
- Proficient in English;
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Creative Thinkers and Problem Solvers;
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment with solid collaboration skills.
