Description We currently have a vacancy for a User Experience Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ispra, Italy.

The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises.

In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.

Your tasks: Formulate and implement robust user-centered design and communication strategies; Design visually compelling content following a user-centered and holistic approach, ensuring alignment with project goals to enhance visibility and user engagement; Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and UX research, including usability testing and prototyping, to validate and sustain project efficiency; Serve as a coach and mentor to disseminate UX knowledge throughout the organization, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement; Oversee the creation and consistency of the project's visual identity across documents, media, and digital platforms using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; Provide assistance in preparing technical documentation and test cases.

Requirements Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT; At least 5 years of experience in developing brand/ corporate identity and communication material; At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design; At least 3 years of experience in management support and active engagement with internal and external stakeholders; At least 2 years of experience in maintaining and managing databases and websites; Good knowledge of good knowledge of UI/UX Design tools, prototyping, wire-framing, and implementation of Visual communication and Design strategies; Excellent command of the English language, fluency in Italian would be an advantage.
