User Researcher And Results Analyst

Designers, human factors experts, and engineers work side by side to create optimal interactions with technological solutions—whether visual, physical, vocal, or gestural. In doing so, we leverage our solid expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as in software, firmware, and hardware development for HMI. Position We are looking for a User Research Specialist to conduct in-depth studies on use cases and enhance the user experience of our products. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting workshops, interviewing representative samples, analyzing collected data using specialized tools, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Plan and conduct interviews and workshops with end users. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using dedicated software. Create clear and detailed reports for presenting findings. Collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Identify use cases and key insights to improve company processes and products. Requirements Degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design, or related fields. Previous experience in user research or human-centered design activities. Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). [C1] Ability to design and facilitate collaborative workshops. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into accessible reports. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Human Factors methodologies and User Experience (UX). Experience in projects related to automotive, technology, or Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI). Familiarity with frameworks for developing user cases and scenarios.
