Utilities & Auxiliary Equipment Facility Specialist

Serving three primary markets - passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment - Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
**Position Summary**:
Managing, leading and overseeing all the activities related to installation and maintenance of auxiliary systems and equipment installed in the Technical Center.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Areas of responsibility include:
- building refurbishment and maintenance
- utilities and communications infrastructure (Electrical, Plumbing, Thermal, HVAC) development and management
- facility procurement management
- space and layout management
in accordance with Dana HSE presctiptions.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education**: University master degree Management or Mechanical / Electricall Engineering focused on industrial equipment
**Professional Background**:
5-10 years of experience in similar roles, with demonstrate knowledge of installation, maintenance and management of industrial equipments.
**Hard Skills**:
Essential:
English / Mechanical technical skill / Strong knowledge of design and installation of industrial equipments, Knowledge of safety procedures and innovation culture oriented.
**Soft Skills**:
- Effective communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Flexibility, Leadership, Problem-solving, Self-development
