Within the UTP Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Analysis and evaluation of UTP positions in the portfolio; Business Planning and financial modeling related to restructuring operations; Reporting activities, analysis of payment cascades, budget forecasting, and forecasting; Participation in negotiation tables with investors and other involved parties.

Minimum Requirements: Degree in Economics and Finance; At least 3 years of experience in the role gained in Restructuring and Deal Advisory teams of the Big4, Boutique Corporate Finance, Servicers, SGR, or Banks; Excellent analytical skills; Outstanding relationship management and negotiation skills; #J-18808-Ljbffr
