At Marni Headquarters located in Milan, we are currently seeking a passionate, innovative and dedicated** UX and Content Associate** to join our E-commerce department.
**Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner closely with 3rd party System Integrator to maintain and improve the eCommerce storefront and platform
- Define product roadmap in a SCRUM ceremony, as:
- Product Owner,
- lead the discussion with the team to ensure business and user needs are reached;
- drive feature implementation and development through collaboration with business stakeholders, 3rd party partners and ICT team.
- Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, visual and lightweight documentation in Agile methodology
**User experience strategy
- Gather requirements and provide detailed specifications (documentation, user journey definition and prototypes) of functionality and usability to drive website improvements
- Lead UX projects for new site releases or replatforming
- Lead the design process, from the research to testing and interaction
- Perform UX researches
- Perform analysis to review user behaviors, identify areas of improvement and drive decisions on design and customer journeys.
**Content strategy and content management
- Ensure alignment with commercial and product team on contents experience, guaranteeing consistency and quality of the digital ecommerce experience
- Direct responsibility for the content management WW sites.
- Provide guidelines and guarantee support and control to the Region site.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Data Science, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related studies
- 3+ years of experience working on eCommerce frontend in an international environment
- Thrive for improving procedures and find solutions to problems, with a data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player, being able to build trust among colleagues and external partners
- Well-developed understanding for data analysis and interpretation, as well as for eCommerce technological platforms;
- Knowledge of SFCC is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
